Super product. Cleanup is a breeze. The pan appears to have a really tough non-stick surface. I have only had it a couple weeks, but the performance of the pan generates confidence that it is durable.

Actually is non-stick, even with scrambled eggs. I heat the pan first as others suggested and use about a teaspoon of olive oil for most foods. Cleans up easily with a nylon brush and hasn't scratched at all. I like that the handle is solid and doesn't get hot, hasn't become at all loose. The glass lid is heavy and solid. Just wish I had bought a larger one than 10-inch.

I really like cooking with this pan, It lives up to its billing as a NO STICK pan, much beter than teflon. I also use it with the vented top to steam. this is the 2nd swiss diamond pan I have purchase and any future pans will also be a swiss diamond product.

We have had this pan only for a few weeks and am very satisfied with the way it works. Non-stick works fine and it seems indeed very robust.
Only four stars because:
- who knows if it is of importance or not, but like all other non-stick cookware (including Scanpan) it is made with PTFE (the quality is excellent and I do not expect it to flake. There might really not be any dangers to it. Info is on their website). However, the Teflon-free argument often mentioned in the reviews for Swiss Diamond and Scanpan cookware is not so strong.
- it would be nice if the sides were a little higher
- only a cosmetic concern; the pan and the coating has a cool blue hue to it which does not seem too appetizing to me.
If it continues to perform like it does currently than I highly recommend it.
