Only last a little longer than cheap non-stick potJul 28, 2008

It was a big purchase for me to own a cookware like this. In the beginning, I was pretty happy with it and thought I finally own my dream pot. I tried everything I can to take care of this cookware, using silicon spatula, always set the cooking temperature at medium, washed it with hand... After an year of purchase, it sticks. I am getting more and more frustrated everytime I use it. I am trying to contact the company to see if there is anything they can do since they promise lifetime warranty. I think I am going back to cast iron pot which has lasted almost ten years. This is such a expensive lesson!
Great for everythingNov 05, 2011
By S. McCoy This is a VERY unusual pan, good for a ton of different things. Soups and beans on top of the stove, cassaroles and small pot roasts inside the oven. A breeze to clean, no matter how you use it. I've had mine for 4 years. It still looks new and cooks great.
Not sure what to think, despite having loved this thoroughlyOct 05, 2009
By Army Family I LOVE it. It works in the oven, it works on the stovetop, and I cook EVERYTHING in it.
And now... it's starting to have scratch marks, which look like they may have rust forming. The idea of a warranty is great, but I have no idea how to pursue it from here.
I want another of these... because it is seriously my go-to cookware... but I'm just not sure about the "guaranteed" longevity it is supposed to offer. I've had mine for about 3 years now, and it's served me very well, but it looks like it's already due for a replacement.
