I had this product for less than four months and it broke. The glass part separated from the stainless steel. I called peugeot and they said "There life time warranty is only for the grinder part not the whole pepper mill. What a joke... Needless to say they would not replace it.

We've had this pepper mill for 9 months. We love it. The grind selection is a must for us, and you can really tell the difference between the different courseness options. Worth the extra money if you use pepper everyday.

A little slow to grind and it goes through batteriesFeb 08, 2010

I'm happy with the Peugeot Elis u-Select electric pepper mill, but it's a little slow to grind and it does burn through batteries. I own it because one handed grinding is preferred while I'm (quickly) working with meat or other cooking. Having complained a little, the rest of the device does appear to work as advertised. I haven't had any trouble with the sizing of peppercorns or other problems noted by other reviewers.

This product is fantastic!!! It is worth every penny. I've thrown out/given away all of my other pepper mills. I originally received the Peugeot pepper mill as a gift, and liked it so much that I have given it as a gift several times. This is without a doubt the best pepper mill that I have ever used. It has a light and the you are able to adjust the courseness of the pepper that is being ground. Everyone that uses it always has a positive comment.

I have had many Pepper Mills and consider myself an accomplished cook. This is the best Pepper Mill I have ever owned. It looks great and is especially nice with a "Stainless Steel Kitchen". It is very convenient and can be used with just one hand. It is a must for every serious cook or Foodie!
