Awesome blade, too bad it's attached to such a bulky, cumbersome handle. Trying to peel an apple was like having an apple in each hand and trying to peel one with the other. Microplane, I love your products, but please ditch this "ergonomic" stuff and just make a peeler with a regular handle.

The ergonomic shape works beautifully--and as ever, Microplane has a product worth the space in any kitchen. Who'd of thought a 5 STAR peeler?

This is a great peeler if you have achy or arthritic hands. It is a bit larger than other peelers, but that's what makes it easier to hold while you peel...whatever. It is nice and sharp too, so it makes the job that much faster. If you have nice young strong hands, then this might not be for you.....yet.
