By mojostarz This is one of those TOP O' THE LINE knife manufacturers that are relatively unknown to the public but used by professionals all over the world. I have used Messermeister knives in the past and they ARE among the best blades in the world and they are used in the some of the top culinary schools as well. Give it a try and then spread the word.
This "recluse" deserves a 5 mojo*z rating!!!

By D. Rodgers I purchased this knife for my son who is in culinary school and he really likes it. Said it was great to use,very sharp, and well balanced.
