This is the fifth knife (2 were gifts) I've purchased from LamsonSharp and I continue to be impressed. I've been using this 5-inch Forged Utility Knife for a month now. It's a very comfortable knife to use and I find it has become my "go to" knife for many cutting tasks in the kitchen. The blade has remained sharp with heavy use over the holidays. I've come to expect this performance from LamsonSharp. A few quick strokes on my honing steel about once a week to maintain the edge and I don't anticipate I'll need to sharpen the blade for many months.
