Good skilletMar 30, 2007
By Jeffery W. Brooks This is my primary cooking skillet. I use at least twice daily and it really does the job. The only problem is that the non-stick properties only last about 12-18 months. The pan then gradually loses it's non stick properties until it is no better than a normal skillet. Because of the anodized aluminum, you never have to worry about the coating flaking off. Even though it does not last as long as I'd like, not having Teflon flakes in your food is a good thing.

Great product with a little care...Aug 16, 2008
By C. George-Brown I've been using Circulon pots and pans for a little over three years and their quality is unmatched by any other brand I've used. They cook evenly and are truly non-stick. There are a couple of things though... According to the manufacturer's website you can damage them by frequently using them at too high of heat. They are so efficient at distributing heat you don't need to heat them as high to do the same job as another pan. Also, if you use butter, oil, etc. some of the non-stick probertly goes away, although I wouldn't say anywhere close to a regular pan. AND you can restore them to a large degree by boiling vigegar water for a few minutes then washing them. There are more detailed directions on the circulon website that are useful for careing for the pans. Overall, I think they're a great product.

My breakfast companion.Nov 28, 2009

The Circulon Infinite line of cookware is beautiful, heavy and well made. I also have the 10 piece set. I have an induction cooktop range and Circulon Infinite works like a dream. This particular pan is my favorite for eggs since it is 12 inches in dia. and the sides are not real high and are at an angle rather than straight. Perfect for getting your spatula under the eggs and flipping them.

Circulon ROCKS!!!!Mar 07, 2009
By R. Kintz I bought the 12 inch griddle to go with the Infinite Circulon 10 piece cookware set that I got for Christmas. I love ALL of the Infinite Circulon pieces. I have been so happy with the non-stick surface, the ease of clean up, and especially the fact that these can go in the dishwasher.

Simply Great, Affordable, Home Cookware - Highly Recommended!Jan 10, 2009

We decided on the Cirulon Infinite cookware after looking at a lot of other brands. The quality and versatility makes this affordable (a relative term, I know) line of cookware a great value. After 6 months of heavy use, we are more than pleased with the durability and performance.
* Very Thick Bottoms - Allows for even heating of cooking surface
* Great Nonstick Surface - Really nonstick, no issues at all - DO NOT use nonstick sprays or "heavy oils" as these will ruin the nonstick properties (read the instructions)!
* Requires Less Oils - We were able to cut way back on the amount of cooking oils we use
* Durable
* Oven Safe
* Dishwasher Safe
*Important* Follow the manufactures instructions and you will have great results.
Highly Recommended!
