 Best Pan I've Ever OwnedAug 30, 2010
I really like this pan and use it for everything - from cooking pasta to boiling vegetables to browning chicken to making sauces. It heats evenly and quickly and is very easy to clean and nothing sticks. I liked it so much, I bought myself a second one and another one to give to my mother.

This is a wonderful Circulon piece that can be used for so many things. It's the perfect size for a variety of purposes. I use it to make anything from gilled cheese to alfredo sauce to frittatas to fried chicken. I steam veggies in it too. It's a very versatile piece. This is one of those pieces that I would recommend for anyone who wants to try Circulon for the first time, as well as the serious cook who is looking for great quality anodized cookware. I love Circulon and have been using it for years. The high low finish makes it easy to clean and I am particularly enthralled with the glass lids for the newer styles like this one.

I recently bought this piece of cookware. It is WONDERFUL! so easy to clean, and easy to handle. I have a hard time believing it weighs 4 1/2 lbs., it seems lighter than that to me. I am VERY happy with this purchase!!

A wonderful pot to cook in, heats evenly and food does not stick. Great for almost everything and to take to potlucks. I am very happy with the quality!

This pan is just what I was looking for. It has wonderfully even heating, holds a lot, and cleans like a breeze. I also love the double handles for ease of use. The only thing I would change is that the handles do get hot and I was used to a pan where I didn't have to worry about that. But I got used to it quickly and can't get over the value for this great pan!
