My Favorite PanNov 03, 2010
By SHERLOCK HOLMES At first I purchased one of these pans from a local Store, Bed Bath & Beyond. Being diabetic, I am restricted on my diet, so I like to pan fry my Tortilla's, which I have replaced all my bread for the Low Carb variety. This is a perfect pan for me to fry the Medium sized Tortilla, while at the same time frying up some eggs in a separate pan. then when the eggs are done, I slide them onto the Tortilla and fold them over. It is a perfect system for breakfast for me. The perfect sized pan, which is why I have two of them now.

ONLY ONE PAN sold in what I thought was a TWIN panJun 29, 2010
By Sandy The label on this item (I bought the 8" open french skillet) says Circulon 2 8" skillet but it does NOT mean there are TWO skillets .. it is referring to Circulon II.

My wife has two other Circulon pans of different sizes and she loves them.

Didn't stand the test of time.Sep 09, 2008

I have owned the whole Circulon 2 set for about 8 years now. The pan I most frequently used was the 10" skillet, until the nonstick coating became an "everything sticks" coating. My pans have never been put in the dishwasher, have always been hand-washed with a soft towel, and all of the cooking utensils used have been made for pans with non-stick coatings. I think with time, any well-used nonstick pan will fail, but I expected more from Circulon. The lesser used pans are still non-stick, but in the last two years I've much preferred using my alternate set of stainless steel pans!
