Worth the moneyDec 03, 2009

This is a great knife that I use for all breads, slicing, and cutting chores. I've had it about 3 years and it's still nice and sharp. Hand washing and drying is probably best, but I put mine in the dishwasher. It doesn't look like new, but it cuts like it.
