I use this mostly for eggs. The pan is heavy, well made, well balanced, truly non-stick. My Circulon egg pan doesn't even compare...seems flimsy next to this one.
Eventually, I hope to replace all of my Circulon with the Analon Advanced.

This entire line of pans is superb. The 8" skillet is solid, heavy without being too heavy. The handle is very comfortable, and the silicone provides for a good grip. No need to use high heat with these pans. The inside and the exterior have a very effective non-stick surface, so the pan is so easy to clean. There is nothing more in a pan that anyone could want. The quality cannot be beat, in my opinion.

I love this pan. I have a penchant to overuse the same pan over and over again. With this pan, it is much too small to make anything larger than perhaps a burger or an egg. Even so, it seems to cook anything I put on it with a good consistency. I even like to put bread and tortillas on it to toast. Also, washing the pan is a breeze. I have had this pan for about 5 months and it is still in great condition with no sticking. I feel this pan is very durable and will be used for years to come.

I can find no negatives to this pan. It works very well, does not stick, has even heat transfer and is very easy to clean. It is heavy and well built. This is everything that a small frying pan should be and you can't beat the price.
Look no further if you have need for a small, non-stick pan. This is the one.

Great worker! I bought this pan to make quick and clean scrambled eggs and omelets, daily. And, I couldn't be happier. It's a bit slow to heat up but then necessary for nonstick, keeps steady/even heat, and is easy to clean. The complaints of bubbling, later in life...well, it's definitely work the low price.
