I have several pots and pans from All-Clad and so far so good. The only issues I have had with this pan it that it is high in the middle so things always move to the outside edges. I do not know if this is a defect but I will be calling All-Clad to find out.

Great piece. I have a new induction cooktop and had to change all of my cookware. This brunch pan will be great for crepes. The non-stick surface is terrific. I wish All-Clad made more non-stick pieces.
