I have been through many a cookware set in my time and I have fallen in love with this set. Great clean ability from the handsome brushed aluminum exterior to the mirror stainless interior. They truly clean up with soap, water and a nylon pad. Even heating is evident as you put some EVOO in a pan and saute onions that brown evenly from the center to the outside of the pan each onion is cooking at the same rate. They are light weight and rival, if not exceed some of the best European brand cookware. Best of all they are USA made and have a lifetime warranty. One small note is the lids are not made in the US (made in China) but fit well and clean as good. I give this set my highest recommendation.

Working out and cooking is how I get to relax. The Master Chef 2 series is my favorite cookware, and I have Le Cruset, and other All Clad pieces. I can use high heat and everything gets cooked evenly. I handwash with soap and water,and Bartender's friend to keep them clean. I've always believed that you get the best results with the best tools.

Set looks good and it is light weight set. Easy to use. I have not been able to make a omelet that it wont stick on the pan. Steaks sticks too. No matter how much I use butter. The stove is leveled and have tried various temperatures. Brand name could be allstick. I do not know what I should do next. Tips?

I did a lot of research prior to this purchase. This is a superior item at a good price. I highly recommend.
