Talk about an indispensable item in your kitchen - this is most definitely it! It's hard to believe all the mouth watering dishes this baker has helped us enjoy - desserts (Apple Crunch), main dish (lasagne), vegetable (potatoes au gratin), 4th of July picnic (baked beans), holiday (sweet potato casserole - the list is endless.
Further, it cleans like a dream with just a run through our dishwasher on gentle cycle. The handles provide easy transport from oven to table or kitchen to patio.
All-Clad makes this cook all-glad!

Very nice baking pan. It should last a lifetime so the cost is not such a big issue.
The first pan delivered had bad rivet workmanship (they were not flush at all) so pay attention to this. I thought about just ignoring this but since this isn't a throw-away later type product, I figured it really should not have passed QA like this.
Thanks to Amazon's great customer service, a replacement was shipped immediately and the rivets on this one were flush like they advertise.
The pan heats evenly, the handles are great and it washes up easily. As often as I use a pan like this, it's good to have a really nice one.

This is a great quality brand and product. I have 2 pieces from ALL-CLAD and they both work very well. It is good sturdy and built well. Look great and will last long. No more having nonstick that warp. The best part of the bakeware is the handles. Only wish is that they make lids for the bakeware for storing.
